USA SHIPPING:

We ship all orders out the same business day from California. Cut off time is at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. (Except Sundays when the post office is closed)
All our orders are delivered through USPS. You will receive tracking information when the order has been processed and dropped off at the post office.

15-DAY RETURNS:

We will accept returns within 15 days of receipt of delivery on all items except face masks. Any returned item must be in its original condition and show no signs of use. Once a return is received and inspected, we will send a notification for a refund.
