Shipping processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We ship out orders everyday except on Sundays or any US holidays. These processing times may be subject to change at any time.

We use USPS to ship all of our packages.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $35 or more within the United States
What are the shipping time estimates?
Shipping time varies between each state and can take up to 1-3 days depending on whether there are any delays.
*Due to the pandemic, please allow extra time for delivery as the Post Office may be experiencing a high volume of packages and less workers*
Note: We are not responsible nor do we have control over any additional shipping time after the package has been dropped off at the Post Office.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to all countries. If you are located outside of the U.S., please contact us support@tworgis.com before placing your order.
*International shipping policies*
All orders shipping to a country outside of the US are subject to import duties, fees, and taxes. We are not responsible for any of these duties, fees, and taxes associated with international shipping.
Delays may also occur if your package is selected for inspection by the Customs Department.
Do you offer in store pickup?
If you are local, you are more than welcome to come pickup your order from our warehouse. Please contact us to schedule a pickup time: support@tworgis.com
I placed an order awhile ago but I haven't received it yet, what do I do?
If you have not received your order yet, please check your tracking information on the USPS website. Sometimes packages may take awhile to scan and update. If you did not receive a tracking number, email us: support@tworgis.com;
My package says delivered, but I didn't receive anything
If you did not receive a package and it says delivered, it is possible that it might have been delivered to a neighbor. Please check with your local post office to see if they know what happened.
It says my package is lost, what do I do?
If your package says lost, please try to contact the Post Office to see if you can locate it. If there are issues beyond that, contact us: support@tworgis.com
