Refund policy
Returns
We unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange due to sanitary reasons. (For face masks only) All other items, please contact us via email for returns. We will accept returns for any reason within 15 days of receipt of delivery. Any returned item must be in its original condition and show no signs of use. Once a return is received and inspected, we will send a notification for a refund. If the return is approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the card or original method of payment. Please allow a period of up 14 days to process a refund.
*If you received free shipping for your order, shipping costs will be deducted from your original payment.
Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged or lost in the mail. If a replacement is needed for the same item, send us an email at support@tworgis.com

Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where a customer lives, the time it may take for a replacement product to reach them, may vary.
If a customer is shipping an item over $75, they should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive their returned item.
