Where are your bags from?

Our bags are all handmade and imported from Taiwan. 

What are the bags made out of?

All of our bags are made out of waterproof material called polyvinyl. The inside material is a water resistant polyester material. 

Can I get a certain pattern in a certain type of bag?

If you like a certain pattern but do not see it in a certain bag that you like, we can try to request it. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to get it. Please email us for any requests. We do add new patterns very frequently so you can also check back every couple of weeks to see if have added anything. 

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually packed and shipped the same day (before 4 pm PST) or next day. There are some exceptions if it's a holiday or if the post office is closed for any reason. We ship out orders everyday except on Sundays because the post office is closed. 

How long does the order usually take to arrive once it's shipped?

Depending on where you are located, it could take 1- 5 days for a standard package to arrive. Due to the pandemic, many post offices have slowed down so it may take up to 2 weeks. My item is damaged, what do I do?

Email us as soon as possible, we are happy to replace it for you. Please send an email to: support@tworgis.com

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?

Email us so we can figure out where your package went. We will try to resolve it as soon as possible! Please send an email to: support@tworgis.com
